Mapping and Target Marking:

DiveLog works with standard map formats, as well as ESRI Shapefiles, DXF Files, and Google Earth .kml files.  Operators can also create their own map files within DiveLog using satellite images, aerial photography or any drawings or images with a few known positions.  these maps serve as reference for the operator and can aid in the placement of routes and search grids.

Operators can create survey grids or waypoint routes within the software or import them from other mission planning software such as MINTACS, COIN, HyPACK and others.

Targets can be imported from other mission planning software, entered manually or marked on any active screen in DiveLog.  When a target is marked in DiveLog the system calculates its exact location, depth and saves full resolution screenshots as well as snippets of the sonar file into the target folder.

.HTML Report Generation:

Data in DiveLog projects can be played back in any version of DiveLog, it can also be exported for use in other software such as MINTACS or Coin.

DiveLog can also generate .HTML Target Reports.  This report will show the diver’s sonar or sensor coverage, and information about each target marked including images, video and sonar snippets.

Rapid Beach Profiling System:

The Rapid Beach Profiling System is a DiveLog Module that allows a swimmer, diver or surface craft to rapidly collect bathymetric data and generate profiles of a beach or potential landing zone.

The RBPS module utilizes its own routes which can be quickly set up pre-mission, or on the fly.  Collected data will be displayed along the divers track as color coded blocks and can be viewed as a profile, with vessel draft, and tide levels also displayed.

When using RBPS the operator can gather beach profiles and search for mines or obstructions at the same time using forward looking sonar.

DIVER PROPULSION SYSTEM

DiveLog

Is the heart of many of Shark Marine’s product lines.  It integrates mission planning, post processing, report generation, navigation, sonar control, video control, communications and vehicle control into one simple to use intuitive software.  Until DiveLogs introduction operators would have to master a different software for each piece of equipment or task, greatly increasing the complexity and chance of human error, or missing data.
